WIDOW PARTNER AGREEMENT

When you partner with Stand In The Gap for Widows, you gain access to a diverse range of options and ideas to assist your widows. You receive the essential steps, documents, and materials needed to launch this ministry, and most importantly, you benefit from coaching and support from our team to effectively carry out this ministry. We engage with you, pray with you, address your inquiries, and help troubleshoot any challenges that arise. We genuinely become your greatest cheerleaders and supporters. Our aim is to see you thrive in this ministry, and we are committed to assisting you every step of the way. The ministries we partner with that achieve the most success have not only utilized our resources, but have also permitted us to accompany them on their journey. Many of these ministries may have just one leader, so we step in to ensure they do not feel isolated. We can also assist you in determining when, how, and why to introduce various types of ministries. We truly embody our motto: we care for you, so you can care for your widows.

What you get:

* Access to updates in the ToolKit as soon as they are available.

* Quarterly check-ins.

* Access to the Stand in the Gap for Widows team via phone, email, or text as needed.

* Yearly updates to research and best practices for widows.

* Connections to a network of other churches that are doing widows ministry.

* Relational care as you walk through this ministry.

* Training videos once a quarter.

* The Stand In The Gap For Widows Partner Facebook page.

* Monthly survey to inform us on how we can pray for and support you.

Our ask of you:

*Sign-up using the partner application and agreement.

* Respond to correspondence from the widows team.

* Provide data on the form we send monthly.

* Meet with the Stand in the Gap for Widows team before the Coffee, Cake & Conversation launch event at least 1-2 times.

* Meet with the Stand in the Gap for Widows team on Zoom or in person (for those in the Oklahoma area) at least once a quarter to discuss the status of your program and do troubleshooting.
